How fast do you ship?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky, typically within 2 business days of your purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information and a warm message of thanks. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date. We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays because work/life balance is important and stress is bad for your skin.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship in the continental U.S. (Sorry Hawaii and Alaska, we’re working on it!)

We sure do! Do you have a subscription order or $30 worth of product in your cart? Then you get free shipping!
What’s your return policy?
We always stand behind the quality of our products. In fact, we put them on our own faces every day. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund policy within 14 days of your order. Simply email us at email@example.com with your name and order number. We always want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.
How much do I save with subscriptions?
You can sign up for a subscription to any of our individual products or to our Quarterly Box by going to the product page and clicking SUBSCRIBE instead of GET IT ONCE. Quarterly Box subscribers get 35% off their first shipment and 20% off subsequent orders. Individual product subscriptions get 10% off always. Get to it!
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can easily customize the frequency of your subscription, push out the next delivery date if you’re still stocked up, or (deep breath) cancel the subscription from your Account Page anytime. We’ll always email you 2 days before your next order goes out so there will never be any surprises.
What can I manage in my account?
You can add or remove products, update your address/payment information and change the next send date or frequency of your subscription.

All our products are developed and manufactured in South Korea in partnership with one of the most trusted manufacturers in the industry.

Hell no, we love animals. Cardon products are made 100% cruelty-free and always will be.
What’s the Secret to Your Sauce?
For each product, we focus on the specific skin needs and pain points men feel around their daily skincare routine and work on creating the optimal formula to address those needs. We’ve tackled creating a sunscreen that’s not sticky, a face wash that doesn’t dry out your face and a night moisturizer that repairs your skin from daytime damage.
All our products are made with cactus extract, known to soothe irritated skin. All of our formulas are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free and made 100% cruelty-free, so you can feel free to feel good about using them.
My skin is irritated, what do I do?
Everyone’s skin is different. Although our formulas are made to be mild yet effective, if you find that one of our products isn’t working for you, rinse off the product from your face with water. Notify us and we’ll provide you with a full refund. If you experience stinging or burning, please contact the Poison Control Center.
I’m a Woman. Can I still use Cardon?
ABSOLUTELY! Our products are developed for oilier, more sensitive skin types but they work just as well for women as they do for men. The two founders are both women and they use Cardon products daily.
