What's in Cardon products?
All our products contain cactus extract to soothe skin irritation. Our products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde, siloxanes, SLES, SLS, ALS, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, petrolatum, silicone, or drying alcohols.
All our products are developed and manufactured in South Korea in partnership with one of the most trusted manufacturers in the industry.
Do your products work for oily skin?
Our products are developed for oilier, more sensitive skin types. Our formulas are water-based to be non-comedogenic, and have a lightweight texture. Chat/email us if you have specific questions and we can make recommendations for you!
You guys hurting any animals?
Hell no, we love animals. Cardon products are vegetarian friendly and made 100% cruelty free, meaning we don't test on animals (and never will).
What’s your return policy?
We always stand behind the quality of our products. In fact, we put them on our own faces every day. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund policy within 14 days of your order's arrival. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We always want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all subscriptions and orders over $30. Orders typically ship within 2 business days of your purchase, and you'll receive an email from us with tracking information once it does. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. We currently only ship in the U.S., and we don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
How to manage my subscription?
Click "LOGIN" in our top navigation. You can easily customize the frequency of your subscription, push out the next delivery date if you’re still stocked up, or (deep breath) cancel the subscription from your Account Page anytime. We’ll always email you 3 days before your next order goes out so there will never be any surprises.
